Stopover in Hong Kong: what to do and when to leave
Hong Kong Airport connects very well with Central by Airport Express, but an urban scale still adds immigration, train, controls and a conservative return. Central and Victoria Harbor are the most compact exit; The Peak should only come in with a truly broad scale.
With less than 7 hours, stay in HKG. From 8–10 hours you can fit Central and Victoria Harbor if you complete the entrance, the luggage continues to the destination and you reserve three hours to return. The Peak requires 11 hours or more.
